The App provides general wellbeing, performance, recovery and breathwork information. Biometric information and App-generated scores are estimates and are not clinical assessments.
Measurement limitations
Consumer smart-ring readings may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. Results can be affected by ring fit, movement, skin contact, circulation, temperature, battery, connectivity, firmware, synchronisation, environmental conditions and individual physiology. Similar patterns can occur because of stress, activity, sleep, illness, hydration, medication, alcohol and normal variation.
Breathwork safety
Stop if you experience dizziness, faintness, pain, severe discomfort, unusual shortness of breath or concerning symptoms. Do not perform guided breathwork while driving, operating machinery, in water or where reduced attention creates risk. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you have a cardiovascular or respiratory condition, are pregnant, have a history of fainting or seizures, recently had surgery, or have another serious health concern.
Medical care and emergencies
Do not disregard professional advice or delay care because of the App. For a medical emergency in Australia, call 000. The App does not provide continuous clinical monitoring, detect emergencies or automatically contact emergency services.
External hardware
Compatible external hardware is required for ring-based measurements. The App cannot independently produce those measurements without supported hardware.
